At AstroJoints, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of the damage or error, including photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. We do not offer refunds in these situations, only replacements.
